Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Processing

I make and package the majority of items found in the shop. For certain items like wrapping papers, blankets, and pillows, I may work with suppliers that print my design on the product and ship it directly to you. Details will be stated on each individual product page. All items will be made and shipped out within 1-3 business days from your purchase date.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Canada: 1-6 business days 

United States: 3-8 business days

Europe: 4-21 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 4-21 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-25 business days

Asia Pacific: 4-25 business days

These estimates are based on the shipping couriers we use (Canada Post, FedEx, USPS). I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Your actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and where you are shipping to.

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like:

High demand at the holidays (orders after December 5th are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas)

Border restrictions due to Covid and other regulations

Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allot for a few more days.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. I also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, so if there is anything wrong, please let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please remember that each and every item is custom-made to order, so unless your item arrives damaged or defective, we will not be able to accept returns or offer an exchange.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

In addition, please triple-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to [email protected]

Cancellations

Once payment is complete, orders automatically go to production. Shop Simply Blessed Shy has a small window to make changes to an order, so if you notice you made a mistake, please let us know right away. Otherwise, we will be unable to cancel an order and/or stop the shipment of a package.
