Paris Nights Market
Paris nights market
Paris Nights Market was my second event with All Canadian Events, and I had heard such great things about it during the last event from the other vendors that I just had to give it a shot and participate myself. The event ran on Friday from 5-10 pm and Saturday from 4-10 pm, which made for a lively evening atmosphere.
This was also the first time I had to figure out lighting for my booth, since it was a night market. I wanted to make sure my products were visible once night fell, so I spent some time researching the best setup. After considering a few options, I decided to go with a portable generator to power two sets of string lights, as well as a rechargeable magnetic light bar set to brighten up the space.
The event itself was full of fun energy—there was a fire breather, a stilt walker, and some incredible food vendors, not to mention delicious coffee to enjoy while browsing.
If I’m being real, however, I learned that my travel-themed products might not be the best fit for this type of market. While the energy and the crowd were great, my products didn’t quite resonate with the attendees the way I had hoped.
Factoring in the two-hour drive and the vendor fee, it just wasn’t worth it for me.
I’m still new to this whole “vendor market world” and I’m learning as I go. Every event helps me grow, and I’m getting better at understanding where my products fit and where they don’t. I’m grateful for the lessons these last few experiences have taught me and I’m excited to continue finding the right places where my products can truly shine.
Until next time, stay blessed ♡
